1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sovrana's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Sovrana provides AI automation consultation, multi-agent workflow development, and enterprise-grade implementation services. Our services include:
- AI readiness assessments and strategic consultation
- Custom multi-agent system development
- Workflow automation implementation
- Integration services and technical support
- Training and onboarding programs
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Respect intellectual property rights of Sovrana and third parties
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Sovrana or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom solutions developed for clients remain subject to separate licensing agreements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Consultation services are provided after agreed payment schedules
- Implementation projects require milestone-based payments
- All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
- Late payments may result in service suspension
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Both parties agree to:
- Protect confidential information disclosed during engagement
- Use confidential information solely for project purposes
- Return or destroy confidential information upon request
- Maintain confidentiality obligations beyond service termination
7. Limitation of Liability
Sovrana's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or delays beyond our control
- Third-party actions or content
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Access to proprietary systems will be revoked
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
- Completed work will be delivered as agreed
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise agreed.
